Summer is almost over....I go back to work next Friday. A lot to do between now and then. in a few minutes here I'm going to buckle down and re-open files and start preparing for the year! I'm a little pre-emptively stressed out as I am warned the beginning of the year is stressful with scheduling and all. But I am trying to not let that knowledge get to me. :)
Sorry it's been quiet....my 1400+ mails has gone down to TWENTY....and since I haven't been working I haven't been doing a lot of OT stuff. Actually I have bought quite a few OT toys over the summer, like stamps and crafts supplies...but nothing besides buying compulsively, lol.
This blog chronicles my OT journey starting from 2006 in the beginning of OT school, through 9 months of fieldwork, to my first year as an OT working in rural Deep South in physical dysfunction, to my transition into an elementary school system district in California. I'm in my third year now and learning new things every day. My mind is constantly blown by the amazingness of OT!

That's ok, no need to apologise. I'm really happy that you posted about the site and added a link to it. I've been a bit busy of late and haven't had time for updates but there is still time for entries to the competition!
Hi, this is not necessarily related to this blog but since it's the latest you posted I thought I'd write it here.
I am just wondering if you would be able to put a blog up about "a day as a ped/school OT" - obviously your days are never the same, but if you could give a general idea of what you do on your "average" (I use this word loosely) day, that would be fantabulous!
